Toyota Camry Not Overheating But Spitting Coolant?

I got a 93 3.0L V6 camry with a 3VZ-FE engine. Initially it appeared to be overheating but the indicator never reached past the normal operating temperature and it doesn't overheat or steam while driving but the moment i stop it spits coolant through

i had the same problem with 95 eclipse and i had to change the water pump, i know u said u just replaced it but some times the new part will be defected too especially if its a rebuilt part. you can try double check on that with who ever replaced for
