Cub cadet model 1525 kawasaki engine will not start after sitting all winter?

Main jet on carb is plugged or the diaphragm pump has gone bad due to leaving gas in it.
Take the float bowl off the carb and clean the main jet and reassemble it should go, also drain and replace the gas with good fresh gas.
