Can anyone tell me what is the purpose of a staffing agency?
For example staffing agencies like Robert Half, K force, and etc. I mean with my experience all this people do is take jobs from careerbuilder and monster and post it like their own job posting. Also you have multiple interviews that you don't even need

People that have little experience attaining a job, like the temporary field, or like having the temp agencies do all of the recruiting work seek out temp agencies. I'm an HR Rep for a major company in the
