• Create neighborhood “safety zones”
• Strengthen anti-gang measures
• Reduce graffiti

 

ETHICS IN
ELECTED LEADERS

Ruben will sponsor a bill to crackdown on elected officials who use their position for personal gain:
• Make using campaign contributions for personal use illegal
• Strengthen the state Ethics Commission
• Require elected officials to report all gifts they receive
