Need to have working search and results function for a website?
I am in a partnership with a firend of mine where we need a type of search engine function somewhere on the site. this would need to have a field where people could type in a query, hit the search button (or enter) and have it load a page of results.
I'm a little confused as to what you really want.
There is a difference if you are wanting to search the contents of a site (such as an *.net or something) or if you are querying a database for a result set.
