Why does my car turn off when i stop?

Car is a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero sport V6 Auto-transmission

Today i started to have a problem with my car. First the turn signal kept flashing left, and it keeps doing it now i dont have control of making it stop or going to a right turn.

first off check your battery connection one might be loose or your positive might be getting grounded out with something. also try giving it a tune up with new plugs and wires it sounds like it might be loosing a spark, try a new distributor cap and rotor
